The Tube and bed was comfortable.

The television didnt have cable or no channels i could watch it the soap was horrible made my skin itch

The wash cloth was dingy and the bathroom tub and walls were dirty. Plus I had stayed at many hotels and never had to put a deposit down for a key which it does tell you and the only accept cash, who walks around with cash. They need to let you know before booking the room

This room was rented for my husband and the phones had been out since the previous hurricane (months ago). I called up there because I ended up in the hospital and when I called the room I asked the lady to please go to his room because it’s an emergency…I am his wife and I am in the hospital. She asks me to call his cell phone which I obviously did but he didn’t hear it. I asked her to please send someone to his room because I needed him asap. She has an attitude and says ok. He finally calls and I’m like didn’t someone come to the room. He says no one came to the room door. I understand this may be a huge ask but if the phones aren’t working and your facility hasn’t had them fixed in months…I think it’s common courtesy to have someone go to the room. Especially since I called TWICE!

It was nice and clean

The mattress on the bed needs to be turned over if possible it is hard and your back hurts the next morning
