Location, location, location!! Clean-well maintained and safe. Excellent service from front desk staff (person).

Hotel staff was great, area a little shady, people moving around outside at all hours. Rooms need updating.

It was very safe.

Made online reservation. Drove around building at least 4 times looking for someone to help us check in and get a room. Knocked on office door 2 separate times. The third time we went to the office, (near 12:30am 9:28) girl came out. I did let her know how disappointed I was that we had been driving around and knocking on the door and no one came. She told me I had an attitude and why did I even want to start there if I was upset. She said she has been sitting there since 11pm. Yes, that got me upset. I let the front desk know upon check out and was told management would call me. That has not happened. I wouldn’t write this for no reason. This was mine and my daughter’s experience. The cleaning lady was nice. Upon check out spoke with Chris, he was pleasant as well.

Room was clean and cool. The staff was superb.

The pictures are not what you get when you get there.. it’s not in a good area & the rooms smell wet.. as soon as we walked in it already felt nasty.. I asked for a refund but the manager isn’t responding back to hotels.. don’t stay here it isn’t worth it!
