The comfort of the bed for the night

The room smelt musty I'm guessing for maybe the oldness of the room it hasn't been updated in some time, in our first room that we were in the TV didn't work notified front desk they moved us two different room there was stains on the walls

If i could give negative stars, I would. Mold, bugs, mosquitos, and the room was falling apart, water in bath tub steadily streaming and wouldn't turn off. The pool was down. The manager posted a sign at the door it was closed and if you wanted to cancel your reservation, you could without a charge. Booking.com sent a request to cancel, and they NEVER responded. We did NOT stay here as it was not suitable, and im pretty sure there were bed bugs as it was bitten 3 times in the 10 minutes we were there. The manager does not answer calls or emails and has not given us our money back! I called quality inn corporate and unfortunately, the hotel has to give me the money back. I Looked at Google reviews, and apparently, this has happened before, I should have done my homework first, shame on me. Stay away from this place! Those pics are from another hotel, not this one. They should not be on the booking.com platform, I have not encountered anything like this before on this site, so I was quite shocked that it would be on here this bad!

Harassed by the staff for a faulty smoke detector. After checking out i had $500 worth of fraudulent charges. Horrible business!!!
