Posizione centralissima, vista stupenda, camera e bagno molto ampia, ottimo il mini bar e l’aperitivo di benvenuto servito con cioccolatini. Colazione in camera di grande qualità, servizio cuccia e ciotola per il mio cagnolino, professionalità della receptionist.

Cornice porta rotta di ingresso della camera, un buco trovato in un lenzuolo ( che si sono offerti di cambiare subito) , getto acqua doccia un po’ debole in termini di pressione. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

The breakfast is delivered to the room on a tray, and is quite nice with good variety! This made mornings very relaxing!

I did not like the hairdryer because it is necessary to hold a button down as you dry your hair.....not real convenient.

Beautiful room, prime location. Near hop on hop off bus, shopping , food and landmarks. The room was beautiful, we will in future stay again! Ohh and the chocolate in Torino is I must say some of the best in the world🥰

Great location, very comfortable bed and bathroom.

We booked a superior double room with view to the square. What we got was a very tiny room with almost impossible to squeeze table next to the window and the view to the square was only if you decided to hang from the window and look right. Breakfast was brought to the room which would have been totally acceptable if the space for the table and chairs was not less than a square meter.

Location, comfort, staff, cleanliness and breakfast.

Bath robes would have been nice. Painting work needed.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull, superb. The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very central.
