This is not an hotel, it is an apartment. Breakfast was served in the room as they have no restaurant, soon got used to that and the staff were kind to add options as we were staying for a whole week. Location is top rate with many of the main attractions within easy walking distance.

L établissement était très propre et très bien placé . Le personnel très sympathique

Une baignoire aurait été un plus et surtout la vue sur la place Castello. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure très peu accueillante.

Beautiful large room, very comfortable. The view was lovely and the windows kept out any noise. Breakfast was served our room. The bathrobe and slippers were lovely. Staff was attentive, friendly and professional.

location was superb, right in the middle of the piazza. Very nice staff, helpful and trying to make our stay as good as possible.

The fact that there is no front desk at the door and that there is no place to stay if you are out of the room (like a living room or something) and that there is a small elevator. But overall it was almost like we had our own little apartment. We were traveling with more people, so we basically took the entire floor. Maybe, that is why we felt we needed a space to hang out together.
