First of all many, many thanks to Camila, Alessia and Leila for making our stay truly remarkable! Camila waited for us 40 minutes after working hours, because our driver missed the location of the hotel and we were late for the check-in. This is the best place to stay in Turin for many reasons - can not beat the location 10/10 - everything is a walking distance - the Royal Palace, the Egiptian Museum, Galleria Subaplina, Central Market, Joan Baptist Cathedral, Via Roma and San Carlo Square. Near the hotel you have supermarket, working even on Sunday from 7am to 10pm, bus and tram stop (we took the bus for one stop to reach Mole Antonelliana). The hotel istself is piece of paradise - very cozy and warm rooms, cleanliness 10/10, the service is 10/10. The breakfast is brought to your room, the food was tasty and even if you have any food allergies there are options. My favourite part were the girls working the reception - Camila and Alessia, the kindest, the most professional and hardwoking people, they really made us feel welcome and at home!
