Staff was wonderful. They were warm and welcoming and very accommodating!

Parking was a bit limited, if you’re coming in late or back in, be prepared to find street parking.

The staff was super nice and there were free apples and cookies in the lobby. There was also some gym equipment (although very limited) and enough parking. The things we wanted to visit in the city were walkable for us.

There was one microwave in the building and it was located in the gym which was strange. Also, we were abruptly awoken by the very loud sound of a car leaving the premises at 05:30, so outside noises were definitely noticeable on the first floor. Lastly, there was no housekeeping which we didn't know.

I love the Park Lane: it takes you back in time without being musty/fusty. I have gotten the kitchenette/suite. It's cozy and the kitchen is stocked with enough kitchen goods that you can easily eat in. A nice grocery store and excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Our room was pristine. And the neighborhood is generally very quiet. If you like funky - versus corporate-type hotels - this is for you.
