Location! Near major attractions but yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Great location for Timbers and/or Thorns arena. The Rose and Japanese gardens in Washington Park. Near great dining and a quick uber to watch the symphony. The Inn is clean and staff very personable.

The property has no faults that we could see.

Location is wonderful. We loved walking the local area. Quick walk to the rose gardens and lots of food options. Loved that tickets to the Japanese Gardens were included with the stay. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The room was small and the bed was not the most comfortable.

Park Lane Inn and Suites is a quaint, clean and very accommodating small hotel conveniently located within walking distance from Washington Park, great restaurants and shops, breweries, coffee shops and Powell Books. Family, couples and business people all use this hotel as a home away from home. 24hour staff are fluent in multiple languages, friendly and professional. On-site self-serves laundry, free parking, toiletries are very welcomed by the weary traveler. In lobby coffee, apples and fresh baked cookies top are available to all. The lobby is newly updated with furnishings, area rugs and decor. Gathering in lobby or on the outdoor patio with fountain and fire-pit is encouraged. Suites include separate bedroom(s), delicious Bob’s oatmeal, orange juice, Keurig coffee and bottled water daily. Best pricing is offered by joining their club without charge. Park Lane Inn and Suites make a great home base for visiting this park of Oregon/Washington!

The check in was so screwed up. Double charged and still dealing with it

Good location, great value, nice aesthetic, free parking, very quiet, well-insulated rooms, friendly staff, very pet friendly, comfortable pillows. It felt very cozy and tucked away from the busy Burnside strip that was only a block away. For the price, it was an excellent stay. The kitchenette suite was spacious and comfy!

The parking lot was very tight. I watched one couple park their VW sedan, and there was so little space on one side that the driver climbed out the passenger side door. The bedroom needed to be vacuumed better - there was a patina of dust around the edges of the molding, dresser, bedframe/underbed area, etc. that was really off-putting, but would have only required the extra step of running the hose attachment along these edges to get completely clean.

Clean, well maintained even though it’s not very modern. Very nice small touches to make the stay feel comfortable: oatmeal, coffee, water, juice.

Lacking sound proof. Courtyard facing means you can hear everything happening in the hall.
