Very spacious and comfortable. Easy access to the airport.

Unfortunately, a very strong north wind blew directly into the through-the-wall heating unit and it howled and whistled all night.

Exceedingly friendly staff and overall clean lobby area

We found a pair of ladies underwear in our pull out couch bed. The staff was understanding but unable to compensate bc we had booked through a third party. We were offered to switch rooms but w're leaving the next morning so we just threw them away and put clean sheets on the pullout.

Very clean, staff very friendly, beds comfy.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great.

The Staff, Lea was awesome & great. She is headed in a great direction by providing excellent customer service to use while we were there. We asked for additional pillows and they were delivered to our door. We planned to pick them up. Asked for a deck of cards and she provided them to us, making sure all the cards were there. Totally awesome & great! We had some issues with the internet, etc. because we both had laptops, etc. Lea again assisted with all she could do because toward the end we had to have IT support assisted with more information to get the 2nd laptop set up, etc. f I believe the price was high. I believe the price was high. The facility was nice. However, the pool was extensively very cold. We did not even go in. However, we did prepare but it was way too cold for us. There had to be a problem with the heater, etc. in the pool & with the pool being on the North side of the building it was very cold. Every time we checked during our visit there was not one person in the pool. If this was the case, I would have preferred a heated larger pool or whirlpool area so we could warm up together while sitting down. Thank you.

Everything! The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good.

Not a game changer, but we didn't like the bathroom door not closing tightly.
