"SUCKED SEE Above"

Disappointed stayed inbound, and that was great. Outbound was miserable. I asked on the booking for a quiet room and asked again at the time of booking, no elevators, ice machines, stairways, and that should have gotten the message across, but NO. There was some road construction, and I thought that was the issue and would go away at 5 pm. NOPE. I turned off the in-room HVAC and still a constant noise, no sleep in the morning, walked around, and the issue was that we were on the 4th floor, we were directly above 4-6 HVAC units that must service the first floor level. Constant noise, no relief!!!!!!!!!

The staff was very nice. When I first got there my room was not ready but the front desk worker got my room ready for me and I really appreciate that because of the hotel being full. The staff was amazing and I will return for another stay in the future
