I wouldn't book this hotel at all nomore

Trash in front of the hotel filled to the top the customer is poor

It was cheap

No available rooms on the bottom

It's cheap for Birmingham

The bed is the worst and the extra door lock was busted

Nothing the place is run down and dirty would never stay there again

Everything besides the nice front desk guy

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

The breakfast....the juice was almost empty barely any food, a few of the cream cheese cups were open and mixed with the unopen

Unsafe location, door did not lock, no a/c

There were Gas Stations and a Laundromat and Places to Eat and a Walmart Close by and right off the Interstate.

Room Didn't get cleaned. Had to ask for Towels.

The staff were friendly but tried to put us in the worst spot available. Refund was easy.

The hotel is in desperate need of repairs and they need to consider the extensive security concerns. We cancelled our stay obviously but the app isn't letting me say so for some reason.
