Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open the lobby door and phone. Didn't feel secure in the room windows wasn't secured properly look like someone could've just pushed the windows inward to get in room linens and curtains look 50 years old no toiletries provided

When I checked in the door to the check in area was locked. The room was warm when I got there. Not enough outlets for all amenities to function. Remote didn’t work with the tv. Bed was uncomfortable. When leaving/checking out, the door was locked again in the am.

Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews or complain, but this was completely unacceptable for any decent person. I want my money back. I don’t even know where to begin—this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was on a road trip and decided to stop here because I was very tired and just needed a place to sleep—but this turned out to be a complete disaster. When I arrived, the door wouldn’t close properly—I had to use a chair to keep it shut. Then I went to the bathroom and found that the sink didn’t work. I tried to stay calm and figure out what to do, but things only got worse. When I pulled back the sheets, they were stained and full of cigarette burn holes. There were no towels, no soap—nothing for basic hygiene. I didn’t even feel safe enough to walk to the front desk to report the issues, because the outside of the place looked very unsafe and we were honestly afraid to go out. To make matters worse, as soon as I sat on the bed, I started feeling itchy all over my body. I assume there were mites or bugs in the mattress. At that point, I knew I couldn’t stay even one more minute. I sent a message through the booking app, but no one responded. I left immediately and returned the room key. For just $10 more, I found a clean, safe hotel with all the basics. This place is absolutely unacceptable. The only positive thing was the receptionist, who was kind—but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for how terrible everything else was.
