It’s old and a roach motel

They only take credit cards not debit cards

When arrived at the property, I was told they will not honor our reservation made online. Apparently, the profile on expedia is for advertising only. They refused to honor my reservation unless I paid them at the time of checkin. They said that I need to ask Expedia for a refund. So we had to go find another hotel.

No breakfast. Hence no comments.

I took a non-smoking single bed. The bed has 15 places burned marks and holes, the comforter is not cleaned, and the comforter has 7 big, burned holes. The room was not cleaned; the previous guest's food was in the refrigerator. No toilet paper holders. Cockroaches everywhere. The room key is not working, it has to be replaced 3 times for 1 night. It is good for workers because it is cheap and the location, is not good for any job holders or families. After explaining the front desk rep's response is, that they don't care.

Not a damn thing it’s a drug trafficking spot with a lot of druggies hanging around that will take whatever you have and leave you stuck. It’s sad this place needs to be shut down ASAP…

It's the worst place I have ever been to. So dirty, unhealthy place to stay, the room sucks , the bedding is horrible and very dirty, there is garbage in the room, the walls stink & so dirty, the carpet stains, the room door is old & very dirty , the towels are old & dirty , everything is dirty , the room doesn't havelight pulb, , I don't recommend any body to stay there.

Owners are very nice and delightful people!! Facility is very clean and comfy!

Not much, hotel isn't in the best area.

Any hotel that feels the need to inform customers that if they have guests come over they need to have the guests bring there ID to the front before going to your room immediately makes me start thinking high crime/drug area and clearly they have problems with guests there. The next thought I have is do I need to take my tools out of my truck at night to deter people from breaking into it. Nothing happened during my stay but the thought was there from the time of checking in. This hotel also does not accept debit cards, not sure their logic behind that as it's just as easy to charge back a credit card transaction as it is a debit card. Next up I booked this with booking business and clearly marked that it was a business trip. This hotel refused to take my business credit card and forced me to pay with a personal card. I changed my stay from 10 nights to 1 so I wouldn't get penalized for canceling and booked a different hotel. Definitely do not recommend it.
