Host was excellent and the property was perfect. Amazing view and close to the spit.

Great place to stay in Homer. Liz was very helpful and even loaned us a swimsuit and some bear spray. Good location with great views of the bay and mountains.

Terrific location with stunning views of the water and mountain range. Floor to ceiling windows/sliding glass doors with deck afforded perfect views of the scenery Beautiful and tastefully appointed interior design with lovely accents. Kitchen had everything we needed, lighting was good, shower was spacious and comfortable. King sized bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows and higher end bedding. Unit provided welcome water and treats, coffee pods for keurig and cream and sugar. Owner greeted us as we arrived and provided recommendations for local sights and restaurants. Staff was friendly. The location was five minute drive to the spit which was very convenient because we had boat reservations on two separate days. Plenty of electrical outlets made charging devices convenient. Washer and dryer with detergent located in unit as well.

There is nothing we did not like about this property! Pretty much perfect for us in every way.

The views and the decorations.

Screen door not working properly Gas pit had to be turned on every 5 minutes Lock didn’t work Wall blew a fuse and after going around and around with the hosts, they finally got to it. The tv did not come on again and the host stopped answering our text. The issue started at 10:35 pm and finally fixed partially around 11:30. The bathtub needed some drain cleaning because water did not drain properly. Due to the host’s previous response, we decided to clean the drain ourselves. See video.

The views are breathtaking. The room is very large and beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need.

We stayed there for three nights and they never checked to see if we needed extra coffee, water, or anything else. We are the ones who constantly had to ask.

We enjoyed the fabulous penthouse with the enchanting view as well as the tasteful furnishings of the penthouse

They had many Amenities for us to use! Hot tub, grill, corn hole game. It looks out onto the Homer Spit. Would stay again!
