Beautiful top floor unit with modern beach design. Amazing views across the sound. Nice gardens and BBQ/hottub area

Alaskan prices in general are high in summer. This properties prices were comparable to others of similar standard but expensive compared to lower 48/Canada

"Worth it just for the view and everything else is great too"

We liked the location off the Spit in a quiet location. The view was to die for. The outside space was large and nicely furnished. We had a huge room with 2 king beds. We did not have a kitchen but we had a coffee maker (with coffee pods & creamer provided for the entire stay, which is not usual), microwave, toaster over, and small but ok size fridge. The room & bathroom were clean. Wood floors in the room. A small table and chairs in the room. Laundry facilities were made available to guests in the early evening.

The property was beautiful with lots of lovely plants and outdoor areas. The Apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. My requests were taken care of very quickly. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property views were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the accommodations were modern. The electronic door lock was a challenge every time. You never knew if it would lock or unlock. Each time it took multiple tries to get it to lock or unlock. The curtains were not blackout as we have experienced with other Alaskan accommodations. It was odd that the shower did not have a niche or a soap holder. The unit had a washer and dryer that we planned on using, but couldn’t because the washer was full of black mold that did not wipe away. We would not stay here again.

I love everything about this place! It's quiet and clean and such amazing views!! Lots of places to sit and enjoy the view... we actually ate dinner (twice) on the deck. The room was spacious and super well-equipped... bed was comfortable and linens were lovely! I highly recommend this as the perfect spot in Homer... Liz and Josh were right there for anything we needed. I give this 10 stars!!!

The location is great, very peaceful, with incredible views. Lots of space, comfortable beds and great decor. Wonderful outdoor space. Amazing place to stay.
