El hotel estába muy limpio en general. Uno de los mejores hoteles que me he hospedado mis tres hijos les encantó que tenía jacuzzi y alberca todos muy amables.

El parque acuático está cerrado desde pandemia, no hay mucha opción de comida y el servicio es muy tardado, la piscina está sucia y fría, es alto el precio para lo único que ahora ofrecen.

El lugar es muy agradable, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy bien iluminadas, la limpieza impecable en las habitaciones, mas no así en las áreas comunes, me imagino que es por que el balneario esta cancelado y no le dan mantenimiento. El desayuno tiene muy pocas opciones y me pareció de poca calidad.

La temperatura del agua de la alberca principal era muy fría, podrían calentarla un poco para que sea más disfrutable la estancia. Sabemos que el desayuno incluido es algo sencillo, pero en este caso las opciones de platillo fueron demaciado basicas cuando lo sirvieron en el lobby. Podrían ofrecer opciones sencillas pero con mejor sabor y variedad.

"No era lo que esperaba"

No fue lo que esperaba ya que si tienes el contexto que el hotel se llama squash y esta al lado del parque acuatico, esperas q tener acceso. El parque acuatico estaba deshabilitado o en remodelacion , la alberca del hotel insuficiente para los huespedes del hotel y como la parte honda estaba fria todos los adultos en el chapoteadero o los niños en el jacuzzi. No estan preparados para recibir mucha gente , el desayuno esta incluido pero con la cantudad de gente y la comida era insuficiente y por la tarde el servico de alimentos es restringidos ya que hay cambios de horarios y nos toco que a las 2 30 nos dijeran que no habia cocinera hasta las 3 30. La carta es muy limitada y no siempre habia lo del menu. Las habitaciones son como las imagenes y comodas.
