Los desayunos y alimentos sin muy ricos y a un buen precio. La alberca estaba muy fria, pero tienen un jacuzzi. Las habitaciones bien, solo que las camas no son muy cómodas, pero todo muy limpio.

Marca que se encuentra en San Miguel de Allende y no es asi, mi a/c no funcionaba por una noche tuve que estar subiendo la pastilla para que funcionara hasta el siguiente día nos cambiaron de habitación

Amplia y cómoda la habitación y las camas cómodas, solo que está a pie de carretera y se llega a filtrar el ruido de los autos qué pasan por qué es una avenida muy transitada, el desayuno que incluía era aceptable…en preparación y calidad de los alimentos. El wifi casi no llega en las habitaciones, pero en el area se alberca si.

I accidentally booked a place far from the city center of San Miguel de Allende. But the front staff were very helpful and accomodating in allowing to change from 3 nights to 1 night.

"Bonito Splash, San Miguel de Allende."

En un principio elegimos este hotel, por qué en expedía tenia incluido pase gratis al balneario splash, cosa que no pudo ser ya que el parque acuático estaba cerrado. Deberían de cambiar eso en las plataformas para que los futuros huéspedes no vayan engañados. De ahí en fuera todo esta fenomenal. Instalaciones nuevas, bonita alberca, servicio muy aceptable. También al momento de hacer el registro te invitan a una charla para una membresía de la cadena Splash, cosa que es opcional. La atención y amabilidad de las personas que laboran en Splash de San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, es amable, atenta y servicial. Muchas gracias, la pasamos muy bien!
