Nunca me había hospedado en un hotel sin agua caliente, es terrible que no haya agua caliente para la ducha, estando a 16 grados centígrados, es una burla, deberían reembolsar mi pago.

Overall the property looks nice. It has the waterpark next to the hotel making it easy to access it. Breakfast was included and was quite good.
