Motel 6 Bartlesville, OK

After a 10 hour drive the guy at the front desk told me there were no rooms. Showed him my reservation and he still said he didn’t have a room. Think they should be black listed from Expedia.

Every thing was good until they raised their prices just because of a job happening near by.

Elevator didn't work most of the time. There was 2 little boys that were under 5 years old left by themselves. Reported it to front desk and clerk did not know what to do about them.

The counter lady was not friendly at all she was rude

I got their last available room; the clerk informed me, before I checked in, that the tv wasn't working. Since I had brought reading materials and also had my cell phone and charger, this wasn't in issue for me. I was glad he told me in advance.

They didnt have any clean towel, no coffee pot,microwave or mini fridge and heater didnt work. We could hear everything and when i tried to cancel they said if i did i wouldnt get my deposit back

The room is very clean. The heater thermostat keeps the room cooler than I would've preferred but it did work.

This property used to be great. I’ve stayed here multiple times under several different names and management companies. For years, every time I would come and visit Bartlesville I would stay there with my family. Part of the time it was because it had an indoor pool and part of the time it was because it allowed pets. The last two times I’ve stayed there, it’s become very run down. This last management switch has been really bad. There were large stains on the floor reminiscent of 48 hours documentaries about serial killers. Literally had a red drag stains for several feet down the hall way leading to a room with a massive red stain going under the door. The shower curtain in the bathroom was broken so there was no way to cover up whoever was in the shower or keep all the water in. Literally every time we had someone shower it was a flood of biblical proportions. We had water all over the floor going out into the room, soaking up all the towels that were left in the bathroom. There were crumbs in the bed and AC was stuck. It was either 64 or 85. It was bouncing between Antarctica and Hell all night long. The front desk help was untrained and unprepared. The night attendant was so confused they had to wake up the manager and she came out in her pjs to fix his problem. I was just trying to check in. Not something that should be difficult especially since the room was prepaid. On top of all that, the indoor pool, one of the only glimmers of hope this place had left, was closed.

Waited 30min in lobby to check in no one was at the check in office and vacuuming at 11 at night when people are trying to sleep

Room was pretty gross, dirty towel in our bathroom when we checked in. Walls have a bunch of holes, shower curtain rod was all jacked up. Just… didn’t feel clean. Won’t stay here again unfortunately.
