Motel 6 Bartlesville, OK

Arrived after pre booking on Expedia. No one at front desk for 15 minutes. I walked around and called for someone. Rang buzzer. I thought it was abandoned. The booking was non refundable. So stuck with stench in hallway. Dirty room and exits that didn’t close properly. Pool was closed and no wifi. Nothing that was advertised was available. Do not stay here!!! This room should be free it’s so terrible. I don’t expect a lot. But didn’t expect this nightmare.

The first room we got had dirty bedding. The second room we got was ok, but it had an adjoining room and the people in it made so much noise they kept my wife up all knight. The hallways are absolutely filthy. The security door on the back of the building does not close and latch by itself so anyone can get in without a room key. The bathtub and shower needs to be updated. All-in-all the building is in serious need of maintenance.

There wasn't a sign saying entrance here. Nothing told me it was attached to the back of IHOP. Water pressure was very very poor.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I just needed a place to sleep and shower, so it was fine. But- it really needs updated and deep cleaned. It was very inexpensive to stay here so that was a nice bonus.

The room seemed newly remodeled, however the furniture, drapes and beds were shabby. My dislike of my stay was due to the external run down look and trash, people smoking, mostly pot, outside the entrance/exit doors, and lastly a young lady talking so loud next door that it required timid knock at 1:00 a.m. from the front desk asking her to speak quieter. That did not work....so I banged on the door and told her to quiet down. I will probably never stay at the Bartlesville location again unless I know changes have been made.

Reservations were lost and we were turned away at the counter due to overbooking by hotel.com

We checkedbin and the room we were given had not been cleaned. The phone didbt work well and i had to walk down to the front desk. We were given another room. It was clean but i had to tighten the toilet seat and go back to the front desk for soap and glasses. Probably wont stay there again.

Recently renovated room. However, the ac/heater vent was filthy - half the vent was clogged with dirt, dust and hair.

I liked the price I got online but when I checked in they wanted another 50 dollars cash deposit on the room....what if I didn't have it ? That was frustrating. Also the towels were dingy/dirty. No microwave or fridge in room and bathroom was difficult to maneuver in and out due to door opening barely missing toilet so had to squeeze it by me as I opened it so I could get out.
