Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host

Check in receptionists rude. Had to wait ages for keys got there at 2 and didn’t get in till 5

I'm a travel agent therefore I'm probably going to be more detailed . Pros- Great location near shops, grocery stores and restraurants.. Accomodating property Manager. Cons-No hot water. Lots of mosqiitos, loud noise.

Although no hot water the Manager did make it whole. The other problem was mosquitos no matter how much bug spray and at night very loud music....but despite all of that i will come back because more pros then cons. I also recommended this to my niece....the owner was so accomodating that it made up for most of the cons. So we are going to try again.

Apartment mit toller Ausstattung (Dachterrasse etc.); Strand unmittelbar vor dem Ressort. Gutes Sicherheitsgefühl im Ressort; Die Kommunikation mit dem kanadischen Betreiber war vorbildlich;

Das Wasser im Pool war leider trüb und nicht einladend; Leider keine Strandliegen inklusive;

Everything .it was easy to get around. I could get BF just up stairs.I sit there and sip my coffee while I wait for my drive.I have to bring a friend next time
