You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host

酒店团队人员非常尽职尽责，特别是前台的工作人员。我们一周前来牙买加时搭乘 Arajet航空公司飞机行李丢失，虽然航空公司找到了我们的行李，但不知何故一直回避和我们联系，直到昨天我们在牙买加最后一天航空公司告诉我们找不到可以送行李的人。在失望无助的情况下，我们求助酒店前台，正好Anmarie小姐当值，她不厌其烦，为我们和Arajet航空公司联系写Wapp，最后协商整个取行李的细节。还为我们打印了前往下一个国家的订单文件。再一次感谢酒店团队和Anmarie小姐。 酒店环境非常迷人，前门出入口就是市中心大街，后门出去就在海滩边。每一位住客都必须戴手环，非常安全。

晚上泳池边音乐会有点吵，我们是属于早睡早起的人。但这不是大问题。

Location: Everything you need on the doorstep. Staff: Pauline was fantastic. Comfort: Bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby

Everything was great.

Water was settled in the shower after it was used and took about an hour to run out but that was the least as everything else out did that experience!

Great location! Air conditioner is very cold. Hot water is very hot but water pressure is not very strong. Overall highly recommended!
