地理位置很好，去乔治市主要景点步行可达，打车也方便，周边有24小时营业的7-11便利店。迷你吧每天都会补充饮料和零食。无边泳池虽然不大，但没什么人，看海很棒，还可以看到槟州大桥。客房服务人员总是笑容满面，令人愉悦。

前台比较冷漠，面无表情。我们三人入住，加床（沙发床）居然没有提前准备好，这种情况在四星五星的酒店里还是第一次碰到，打电话给前台也只会说尽快，等了好长时间也不来，反复催才过来，影响了我们的作息。

I’m so glad I chose The Prestige for my 3 night trip to Penang. Well located, my deluxe king room was exceptionally clean and the service was fabulous Drinks in the mini bar are complimentary The pool was amazing, it wasn’t busy at all in the 3 days I was there. Always able to get a lounger. It’s an infinity pool and 1.2m deep. The only slight gripe is I wasn’t able to open my window for fresh air - they are locked They’d benefit from a smart TV so guests an cast Netflix or similar as the channel choice was limited
