Renovation underway and desperately needed. A crashed van was outside our room, the floor had squidgy spots and we saw cockroaches. Basin cracked but room clean

Trash cans was full and stink bugs all over ceiling in the room and when we checked in the room there was not any wash cloths or towels in the room and its just not good

Clean, felt safe, good location

Nothing at all

It was a complete rip off they had roaches and the shower stayed hot for less than 5 mins place was trash

It's ok

Price gouging. Fleeing hurricane helene destruction. Tri-cities hotels were completely booked. Based on price and desperate to find a place to stay at least for the night didn’t check reviews and booked non-refundable online. I paid $294 for one night at literally a roach motel. Killed a roach on the mirror with the lights on. Slept with the lights on to deter any more from coming out. Initially I was told our room was in the back. When we arrived to the back looked like prostitutes and druggies pacing the sidewalk around the rooms. Went back and requested a room “not in the back”. Felt a little safer with new location closer to the front and managed to sleep somewhat.

There was nothing I liked. We didn’t even end up staying we went to another hotel.

The property was very run down and dirty. Our bathroom had a huge hole in the wall and there were homeless people with shopping carts sitting outside. It felt very unsafe. They also do not accept pets which was not on their website. I declined to stay and went to another hotel.

It was convenient for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and clean.

It smelled musty when we walked in and the shower had hair in it. And the ironing board and iron were filthy. I’m glad I didn’t need to use them.
