Bad service the bed had hairs on the sheets smelled bad

This was the only property available within a 20 mi radius. When I got there there were homeless people walking about there was people hanging out back by the dumpsters smoking cigarettes and weed I did not feel safe nor my vehicle. When I got into my room it looked run down the bathroom looked disgusting just run down hole in the door shower was not very clean I would not walk barefoot in there or in the entire room. When I turned on the vanity light roaches of different sizes and other bugs scattered on the counter. The mini fridge the outside was dirty, the inside there were rust spots like it was an older refrigerator. The baseboards throughout the room had mold growing on them there was dirty spots along the walls. It took me all of 10 minutes to check out after I checked in. This is my first time leaving a negative review but it was also the first time I have ever checked out of a hotel after checking in because the conditions were deplorable. Luckily I didn't see any bed bugs but who knows. My room even smelled strongly of weed because the people next door were smoking it. The entire property looks run down like it needs a lot of TLC.

We requested a no smoking room but it reeked of cigarette smoke the comforter had cigarette burn marks all over it there was graffiti all over the bathroom door like in public restroom the ceiling in the bathroom had a large rotting hole from an apparent leak there was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels for 2 guests. Pillows were so flat it was as if we had none. The only positive I saw was we did not wake up with bedbug bites! If I hadn’t booked thru a booking site with no refund I would have left The pictures on the site are VERY deceiving!!

When I requested a trash can, I was given a garbage bag. I then requested an ice bucket and was given another garbage bag. Which was fine, because the ice machine was out of service. The toilet wouldn't stop running. The bathroom light wouldn't shut off. The overhead light didn't work. The TV remote didn't work (was replaced after multiple requests). There were holes and stains in the furniture. Probably more things, but those are top of mind.

power wrnt out at our house on 9/27/24 so we booked a room. the room looked okay so i took a shower and started watching tv. no problems untill we got ready for bed. i pulled the covers down on my bed and found it had 2ft diamiter pee stain and it was still wet .i asked for a refumd and was given saturday night but not friday . we left at 1030 that night to find a room.as i was leaving i ran into another family that was leaving also. he told me his room had roaches.

Needs remodeling, the lock latch was broke right off the bat walking in! It needs cleaned good. The tile in the bathroom tile was broken I had 4 kids that was dangerous for them to use the bathroom. The pillows had blood on them! The room was dirty and had c$* stains on the chair!!! We stayed because we had to evacuate our home because of hurricane helene and had to stay in terrible conditions! Never again! I’ll stay at a shelter before spending that much for one night!

This was the most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever seen. We booked this motel due to it being Bristol NASCAR race weekend, which is we were in town. We got a non smoking room. The comforters had cigarette holes in them. There were bugs. No refrigerator. The bathroom was horrifying
