I like the place and it is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. She is excellent when it comes to treating guests. I commend her service.

I just thought that there was an aircon. We're in the 9th floor so it was kind of windy but we have to open the window and the door. If ever, I don't really have issues with it, except that I saw the aircon icon included in the facilities when I was booking. I even left a comment that said, "please make sure that the aircon is working well". If you're the type that doesn't need an aircon then it would be an excellent place 🥰

The location of this hotel is close to the meeting place of the tour group I joined in Almaty, so I chose it! Although the hotel manager did not speak much English, there were warm-hearted people in the hotel to help us communicate. I like the hotel's public bathroom, clean and tidy, very satisfied!
