location is perfect for our client visits

CR portion, it is elevated, the reason why the water from shower palagi bumababa palabas sa rug to main floor going to bed. the staffs were polite except for one receptionist, the lady, i forgot her name sounds like "Fe". She's a receptionist, we're not being judgemental on her behaviour not only to one of our colleagues but we observed that she's the same towards other guests. "mataray" as per my sales in Bacolod. The food in Bistro is always good. Thank you, not bad as my first time in Bacolod :)

Friendly staff. Good location if you need to go to Northern bus station.

The photos on the website did not match the actual room. Very drab . The tv system was so old . When they finally got it working, there was only 4 channels and none in English.
