The location is very central.

Very unstable wifi. No matter how many times i tried to connect, it just kept on giving an error. The staff were not very accommodating either since the day we arrived. Not pleasant. We wanted to change our room but instead wanted to inform booking.com that we were a no show to their property. The audacity to put a bad record to my account with booking.com.

Summary (1–2 sentences): We stayed at North Tourist Inn for one night during Typhoon Verbena preparations. Noise, pests, and misleading details made it an uncomfortable experience, prompting us to leave early and seek alternatives. Positives: - Convenient location a couple of km north of Robinsons Mall. - Helpful, friendly staff. - Clean main room area. - Gated courtyard parking. - Some attractive facilities. - N-Bistro ambience was warm; lemon herb chicken and baby back ribs were excellent; breakfast simple but tasty; servers were great.

Negatives (highlights): - City View overlooked busy Lacson Street and an adjacent overpass; very noisy all night. - Requested room change; inner court rooms quieter but only fit for two guests; no extra cots available. - Numerous mosquitos; multiple bites for each of us. - Perceived allergy-like congestion and sneezing upon entry (possible pet exposure). - Breakfast policy unclear/ misleading: “free breakfast” only for the first morning, not all five. - Bathroom odor and cleanliness concerns. - Free toiletries were minimal (toothbrush, small toothpaste, toilet paper); no soap, shampoo, or other items. - Towels limited; hand towels, washcloths, and extra linens not provided. - Beds were very hard. - Age policy: children 6+ billed as adults; unclear for families. - Free Wi‑Fi unreliable and difficult to log in. - No elevator; stairs only to second floor.
