The location was excellent, with the metro conveniently located below the apartment. Access to taxis was also very convenient as the property is close to the main road. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was carried out daily, with fresh water bottles and towels provided. Room service was also prompt and efficient.

Some of the furniture in the rooms appeared to be makeshift and did not blend well with the overall room design. This could be improved to ensure the tables and chairs are more functional and better integrated with the room. The kitchen utensils provided were generally adequate. However, it would be beneficial to include tablespoons and teaspoons for use with the coffee and tea provided in the room, as currently only dinner forks and spoons are available.

they could have explain us about location clearly and update it on google and apple maps,

we walked 3kms and cant find the property , entrance is in backside of the main road . hard to find .

Close to Beijing Road, entrance directly from Gongyuanqian metro station underground. Food places in shops attached to the metro station. Luggage storage place.

The lifts are slow and a bit of a wait as there are 30ish floors to service and people rush in once lifts arrive. On our return trip the room was smaller than the first time we stayed. Requested a change and they were accommodating.
