Would have preferred a firmer bed. Mattress was rather soft. Appreciated the room upgrade. Property is beautiful and kept well. Very convenient for shopping or events in Chadstone.

Breakfast is rather rushed as during weekends they only allow 1-hour seatings. No water provided in the room and it has to be requested. No 24-hour room service so if you have a late night event and come back feeling hungry, there’s no option for a meal.
