My room was not ready at 3pm for check in, I was given some drinks vouchers as an apology which was nice but 5pm check in was inconvenient based on my plans.

Kang and Sophia in the Rooftop Bar are two of the most professional and accommodating people myself and my wife have ever met. Their service was exceptional, without a doubt second to none I have experienced. We stayed multiple times and the time difference between the two stays was a week and both remembered our drinks precisely. Their service should be applauded and would love if they receive some reward for their outstanding service.

Convenient location to the shopping centre where most shops/brands under one roof. Lots of food choices and restaurants . Roof top bar was great for a drink. Staff very friendly and helpful . Room was comfortable and clean
