Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist unschlagbar. Parkplatz hinten im Hof super.

Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer dringend austauschen, verschandeln die ganze Wohnung. Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer sind gut.

God beliggenhed lige i gågaden tæt ved liften.

Svært at parkere og kostede ekstra, ubehøvlet dame som skulle inkassere penge for parkering kontant dobbelt pris af hvad kollegaen havde informeret om.

- Zentrale Lage mit Parkplatz

- Bad auf dem Flur mit Vorhang - Heizung zu kalt und teilweise ganz ohne Funktion - Sauberkeit (u.a. Tisch verschmutzt, leere Schnapsflasche unter dem Bett, Zigarettenkippe auf dem Balkon…) - Fenstergriffe lose - Fenster teilweise undicht - Gardinenleisten locker - Möbel verschrammt und instabil - Einzelbetten sehr klein und unkomfortabel - warmes Wasser läuft sehr spät an - Fotos sehen wesentlich besser aus als die Wirklichkeit
