The breakfast is good, they have different homemade juice that are delicious, and the fresh fruit are the strength of this host. The size of the room and the bathroom are large enough for 3 people, very good. Everything was clean.

They don't have electricity from 00h to 6am. I have booked this place because it says it has air conditioning and fan, but doesn't matter! There is no electricity! I have been 4 nights and was terrible not manage to sleep, too hot, no light to go to bathroom or read a book, charge your phone or camera will be problematic, and the worst: my 5 years old toddler doesn't sleep in complete darkness, so you can imagine the nightmare. They should have a generator like the other B&B in the Island, check that before your reservation. Also try to rent the car outside, their car is too new and they are quite worry , since the roads is bad, better to rent a properly car in which you don't need to worry too much where to drive, since you are in holidays in a paradise.

I liked the breakfast, the staff was friendly and always ready to help with our requests.

I didn't like how there were few options to choose from the breakfast.

Comfortable beds, quieter part of town, friendly staff. Communication was good.

Not good value for money. Looks nothing like the photos! False advertising regarding pool, river, monument, city views etc. There is no pool nor a usable garden as covered in building materials and laundry. There is nowhere comfortable for guests to relax. There is one flat screen tv but not in the rooms. The breakfast was double the price of everywhere in ST but not better nor bigger. We were charged a “municipal tax” that we later discovered does not exist (a tourist tax should only be charged for the first 15days in the country). Excursions sold by owner are overpriced compared to other local suppliers. The owner demands payment before you’ve even seen the room and assumes you’re having breakfast so best message before hand (although our messages about the tax were ignored…)

- Trotz das bei Expedia angegeben wird das Frühstück inkludiert ist, musste hierfür extra bezahlt werden. - Das Hotel ist zur Zeit eine Baustelle, es ist den ganzen Tag über extrem laut. - Im Zimmer gab es mal einen Wasserschaden, diese wurde übergemalt, ist jedoch noch sichtbar und riechbar, wärend man im Zimmer hatte ich ständig ein reizen im Hals und musste husten. - Das Zimmer war sehr ungünstig gelegen, direkt neben der Bar, so das außerhalb der Bauzeiten auch Lärm durch die Bar und Küche gab. - Die angebotenen Touren und Transfere sind zwar ok, es wird nicht immer das eingehalten was einem vorher gesagt wird. Preislich ist es exorbitant, geht lieber in die Stadt und fragt euch da durch, das gleiche für den Flughafentransfer.

The place was under renovation during my stay. Lots of construction materials all around and noise during the day. This was not announced in the website. To my surprise, I was not able to cancel the reservation after discovering that it was under renovation, unless I paid 60% of the value of the reservation. Despite that, they had dinner, at an extra amount, and food was amazingly good.

Yes, it could be described in the website that they were in renovation.

Sónia was very friendly and more than helpful, particularly when my mom got sick. The food and company were also great. I would highly recommend this place.
