_ We typed the address to our navigation from the reservation page, we ended up totally different place. We called the hotel and speaking no English. A person at the wrong address helped us by calling the hotel. They speak Spanish and at the end hotel person shut the phone to his face. - We found a icon says "go to location". Than we drove the correct address. - He was so rude at the checkin time. He took us to a room. This room was totally different than what we rezerved at the picture. This room was outside of the building and it replaced from warehouse. _ Bed too closed to wall. It was almost impossible to out of the bed for my husband. He has to jump out of me. - The bathroom was awfull. There are black dirts are every corner. - It took 2 hours to warm it up the place. _ We want to talk to him to explain the case. He has no English and he was saying the room is the same (his partner translate the words by phone and showed us). He SLAMMED the door to our face and said GO AWAY. - It was a NIGHTMARE to stay there. _ We spent lots of time by using Booking.com and I am Genius 3 level. I had never and ever experienced such a case. Therefore never and ever recommend this place to anyone.

Heerlijke plek, gebruik van keuken en laadpaal maakte verblijf nog aangenamer

El entorno en las instalaciones son perfectas, la limpieza impecable y el trato por lo menos hacia nosotros fue muy bueno en todo momento. Nosotros acudimos con una competición de gimnasia rítmica y estamos súper contentos
