Secteur calme

Accueillie par une dame qui ne parle ni français ni anglais et qui se perd dans ses notes de réservations, elle ne retrouve pas ma réservation. J'ai payé pour une grande chambre 4 lits avec vue sur piscine, on m'a donné une petite chambre dans l'arrière cour sans vue, sans remboursement ni geste commercial, même pas de petit déjeuner offert ni d'excuse, rien. Ils ne parlent ni français ni anglais, accueil nul.

Estuvimos un par de días muy a gusto en el alojamiento. El entorno es precioso y se encuentra a 15-20 minutos de Bilbao. Recibimos muy buen trato por parte de Josu, el anfitrión, que fue muy amable y nos hizo recomendaciones para visitar por la zona. ¡Lo recomendamos!

"Kamer goed: ontbijt zeer slecht!!!Locatie zond"

Welwillendheid van gastvrouw om uit te leggen waar ik wat kon eten. Deed erg haar best om met vertaalapp aan te geven waar ik kon eten in het dorp.

Dame van het ontbijt was niet op locatie terwijl ik afspraak had om 8 uur te ontbijten. Ik was 7.45 beneden, 8.15 was ze er nog niet. Ik moest naar het ziekenhuis en moest zonder ontbijt locatie verlaten. Zeer slecht: afspraak om 8 uur te ontbijten werd niet nagekomen. Er was niemand aanwezig op locatie. Overal geklopt en zelfs gebeld aan de voordeur: geen respons Totaal geen drankje op kamer zelfs geen water. Zwembad was zo groen als gras!!!@ Kon er niet induiken. Lijkt heel wat op foto maar is een gedateerde foto. Locatie zonder auto niet te doen.

"Lovely way to visit Bilbao—meals in the city, sleep in the peaceful countryside"

Everything! The room is warm, cozy, and has plenty of natural light and the shower is hot! The owner is so friendly and pays attention to detail. It’s only a 20 minute drive to Bilbao which is perfect for visiting during the day or for dinner but then you get to come home to a lovely country cottage and wake up to rolling green hills. It’s also just a short drive to the coast in the north and to Guernica. I highly recommend staying here!

La ubicación es fantástica. Además, el trato de Josu fue excepcional y la habitación muy limpia y con todas las comodidades. Desde luego nuestra estancia allí fue todo un acierto. Sin duda volveremos.
