Loved the rooms and food. This review is for the pool area. It is beyond embarrassing to have the attendants say NO when you ask for another towel! Is this some 1 star motel that doesn’t have enough towels??? It was not crowded at all! They also made me empty my water bottle in front of them…hello, it’s 2025 and you are supposed to hydrate to stay healthy!!? All in all ,very strange and STINGY rules by the pool staff. I went in June so hopefully they have changed by now!

Love the way you treat us. We stay 2 night and ate in casino. The food was good and the room was clean. But the machine so tight but my friends was fun here.
The rooms are welcoming, a few good restaurants on site, and pool area is nice. Second time stayed there. Would again.

Property is having staffing issues in the kitchens of several restaurants. This is very unfortunate as leaving the property isnt reslly an option. We will nit return until they resolve the issues. Server named Nico in the Suerte Cantina was stellar! So friendly, respectful, and helpful. Hotel room was beautiful and clean, housekeeping was very freindly, front desk also friendly.0
