The help around the pool area for food / drink was not good. Lots of younger people working and not very caring about their jobs. Frank was amazing!
The rooms were large for a king size bed. The shower was room for two and very high end. Checking in and out was easy. The restaurants were close by the elevators with great food and many types of food. Also lazy river and pools. The price was very good. Tip for a day trip go Mondays $200 for a cabana and six entry’s to the lazy river and pool area 9am to 8pm.

Hotel rooms are clean. Staff in hotel, casino and restaurants are top notch. The pool staff is a whole other story. The staff at the pool are awful. They are pretty much non existent. Had to wave them down multiple times for our drink order. They all have attitudes like we were such an inconvenience. Same experience I had last month when I did a day pass. We would have spent a lot more money if they would have been around to take orders. It’s a shame cause the pool is so awesome and reggae sundays have a great vibe!

The rooms are clean and the AC was great. One thing I did notice is that there's no many waitresses offering drinks. One of the restaurant also offered a limited menu do to short staffing. The service at the bar from the bar tender Eddy was great. The foods also really good at the Suerte restaurant
