Hôtel Mercure Marseille Canebière Vieux-Port

We had a very bad Experience while Staying in Hotel Mercure. On our second day After we checked in, over $1200 of our money vanished from the hotel room safe. we have no Idea how that happened but was a very stressful experience. Ofcours it was very hard to prove that however we reported that case to local police. Hotel Management and staff were not that much of a help.

The hotel was lovely the area was very walkable a little outside the ideal zone but overall good.

Very easy to find and the front desk staff very helpful.

Liked the Proximity to the harbour, staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, room - adequate in size, cleanliness and quality,,location of the property is rather unimpressive which I guess is typical of any other downtown areas

Hotel was absolutely perfect within easy reach of the old port.

My room was a nice size as I had chosen a corner room so I had lots of light. The bathroom was nice as well. The items in the fridge are free so it was nice to have a juice. The breakfast was well done with plenty of options and fresh cut fruit. The area is good for being able to see the sights but very busy and into the late night. I could not hear in my room.

Hotel bien placé mais attention c est la limite apres les quartiers sont chauds... Ideal pour tout faire a pied Sécurisé par 1 agent c est rassurant

I had the best experience with the staff. They were super friendly and polite. no matter how often you asked them something they would pause whatever job they were doing on the Pc and they would stand up and talk to you and tried to help. That what mattered to me more. The Breakfast options were birilliant. I was staying in many 4star hotels in France, No of them offeres this breakfast

Great hotel and location. I'd definitely consider staying there again if I return to the city. Thank you.
