Great location in the centre of town on the La Canebière and a few hundred meters to the harbour. I had some issues with external noise due to high winds being on the top floor that stopped me getting any sleep and an AC duct that fell in to the room but the staff were quick to rectify things and I was moved to another better room. Things happen, its the way the team responds that makes the difference.
Very close to the old port area of Marseille, a very quick easy walk to get there. The hotel staff were very friendly, excellent overall. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to anyone else.
Nice hotel, but the area around the hotel is not good. Marseilles city centre does not feel safe. The room was nice, but not practical. There is very little storage space for clothes and the windows are not sound proof. Was woken each morning at 6am by street noise.
This was the perfect hotel for us in terms of style, staff and location. The room was lovely, the staff were brilliant and The breakfast was great. Location is ideal as its close to the bus station and the port. I didnt know anything about having to pay a £150 deposit up front, if you are low on money/budgeting this could be problematic. The street istelf doesnt feel too safe of an evening which is no fault of the hotel but we loved that you have to use your key card to gain entry to the building. I'd definitely stay here again. But I dont see any reason to take a deposit. Just take the card details like every other hotel. Overall a very stylish hotel
Bon hôtel pour séjourner au centre. Accès tram et métro très facile. Vieux port proche à pied. L'hôtel est bien sécurisé, entrée limitée aux clients. Un havre de paix en fait. Bonne isolation sonore. Excellent petit déjeuner varié. En semaine, restaurant dans l'hôtel permettant de manger sans sortir. Non testé. Personnel très sympathique et professionnel à l'accueil et au petit déjeuner. Bonne literie. Intérieur moderne et net. En résumé excellent plan pour un sejour d'affaires ou de loisir.
