Perfecto limpio quiza haga falta una cafeteria donde se desayuna, el desayuno lleno y se acaban las cosas no resurten rapido, la habitacion amplia y confortable el personal muy amable y la ubicacion cerca del puerto viejo, quiza no le ayuda una calle atras donde hay demasiado riesgo, gente rara vendiendo cosas, muy sucio
We couldnt make our stay bc the entire train system in France went down due to a power surge and we couldnt get from Paris to Marseille for our stay! The staff was rude and wouldnt even work with us at all or give us a credit to put towards a stay in another hotel in their chain for the night Paris! Customer service is terrible. I do nor recommend.
Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Shower was excellent, bed comfy, had a mini fridge, good AC, a safe was in the room. The only downside was that the area was a little sketchy at night. But a great market was behind the hotel each morning to find spices, msemen, and fresh produce.
Good location, close to train station and old port. Cosy room with air conditioning.
Ottima posizione vicinissima al Porto Vecchio di Marsiglia, tram e metro davanti all’albergo e stazione centrale dei treni per recarsi a visitare i dintorni ad una fermata della metro, colazione ottima, abbondante e con grande varietà, hotel silenzioso e tranquillo, offre vari servizi tra i quali un buon ristorante e possibilità di noleggiare monopattini e biciclette elettriche, lo consiglio assolutamente
Fue muy buena. Recibimos lo que buscábamos en cuanto a cercanía de lugares de Interés.Un sólo inconveniente y fue lo de parqueo disponible, ya que este hubiera podido estar lleno al momento de nuestro checkin en el hotel.
Bof, des fenêtres qu’on ne peut pas ouvrir, des chambres vieillotes et peu confortables. Pas loin du vieux Port mais honnêtement le quartier fait peur la nuit… Un personnel sympathique à l’accueil.
Great city hotel with parking garage about a 15 minute to the hotel. Old port section of town about a 15 minute way away as well.
The absence of professional laundry service was a negative which was unusual for a property with a 4 Star rating. Otherwise all very positive. A very helpful General Manager.
