Hôtel Mercure Marseille Canebière Vieux-Port

Ottimo hotel moderno e ben arredato, stanza spaziosa, silenzioso, letto confortevole; personale gentile e disponibile; silenzioso; in zona strategica per visitare la parte vecchia della città; ottima e varia la colazione. Di contro va segnalato: scarsa cura nei dettagli della pulizia, la camera è pulita ma le due macchie in foto erano già presenti e quasi sicuramente lo sono ancora doccia senza box, abbiamo chiesto un letto più grande e ci hanno assegnato una camera per disabili, ad ogni doccia il bagno si allagava il parcheggio non è assolutamente nelle vicinanze ed è praticamente impossibile arrivare all'hotel con la macchina per scaricare/caricare le valigie Questi aspetti hanno notevolmente abbassato la valutazione assegnata altrimenti avrebbe meritato almeno 4

Stayed here for 2 days, great location, very near by all major attractions and public transportation. Room is clean but no air ventilation due to it’s not summer. Be better to have some air circulation.

Great location, five minute walk to the port. Fine breakfast. Very helpful front desk staff. Nice room with all necessities: safe, fridge, small table, roomy bathroom. Would stay again.

The hotel is well located with 3 minute walk to Metro station. It is also close to major attractions and train station. We found an issue with our room but hotel resolved it quickly. Excellent customer service!

The rooms were incredibly stuffy at night because they don’t turn the air conditioning on in the winter, however, leaving a window open is so noisy .. couldn’t leave open because of noise level. Not acceptable.

piacevole soggiorno nel pieno centro di marsiglia .Ottimi collegamenti e tutto il contesto intorno. Consiglio un appendino per i cappotti all'ingresso per evitare di utilizzare sempre armadio.

Originally, I was looking for a hotel with parking, and web site said this hotel had parking, so I decided to use. However, there were streetcars and stalls in front of the hotel, so we couldn't get close to the car, and of course there was no hotel parking lot. I parked my car in the 24-hour indoor parking lot recommended by the hotel, but my car was broken into and all my luggage was stolen. I had to drive all the way to London with the windows broken and I never want to travel to this hotel or Marseille again. The public safety is also very bad, so please be careful.

service minimum, pas de bouteille d'eau à notre arrivée comme précisé sur les conditions, quand on la réclame , la personne à l'accueil nous donne une bouteille en verre encore humide, des résidus d'eau à l'intérieur (lavée?) et nous indique que c'est à nous de la remplir à la fontaine à eau au 1 er étage, nous étions au 5eme( fontaine jamais trouvée). Articles de toilettes juste le le minimum, gel douche et main, c'est tout. Nous devions rendre la chambre à midi, on nous indique que c'est 11h alors que sur la réservation c'est indiqué midi. Propreté à revoir, Déçus. Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles.

Très bon accueil, personnel aux petits soins. Hôtel de bon confort. Bon petit dejeuner également. La brasserie, plat délicieux La prochaine fois je demanderai une chambre dans laquelle la fenêtre ne soit pas condamnée...en cas d'incendie !
