Great stay. Room was cleaned and comfortable. We had an issue one night were the AC stopped working for some rooms but it was fixed quickly. Location is good walking distance to port and restaurants.

Nuit du 29 au 30 juillet 2022 Hôtel Mercure Marseille Canebière Vieux-Port. Chambre 401 et 402 pour 3 adultes. Surper Wi-Fi, Super chambre insonorisée et très belle et très propre, accueil chaleureux et souriant, même chose pour la dame au déjeuner le matin, personnel présent à l'accueil 24/7, air-climatisé, coffre-fort dans la chambre, donne sur une belle rue la Canebière et à 2mn du vieux port de marseille et pleins de petites boutiques et restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Petit bémol, les verres en carton sont placés à l'envers directement sur le lavabo de la toilette, il y a une Super douche italienne de 1m*1.5m, mais un peu glissante qui pourrait être dangereux pour des gens âgés. Note globale: 4.9/5 Je recommande.

Ontvangst was zeer goed, mochten vroeg inchecken. Uitschenken is om 11. Om 10.30 stond de schoonmaak al te kloppen en kwam 10 minuten later gewoon binnen zonder kloppen. Daarom 4 in plaats van 5 sterren
