Generally, the hotel looks good. But my room is very smelling. I guess something wrong with sewage
I had a quick look around the hotel as it is a noisey area of Marseille so when I was given a low floored room I asked for one on a higher floor. I was assured by the manageress that it was quiet. It wasn’t and had two sleepless nights as the noise was incessant with constant shouting until 3am then service vehicles emptying waste or making deliveries. For my final night I was moved to a quieter room. The annoying thing is that the manager would have been well aware of this yet decided to patronise me instead. There were plenty of rooms as well on the first two nights as the hotel was empty. Breakfast was ‘ok’ but slow to replenish stock and with limited choice. I won’t stay again - better value hotels elsewhere.
Hébergement superbe mais le quartier à l'arrière est peu sécurisant. Fort bruyant , impossible de laisser une fene^être ouverte la nuit

Great location to Port
Ayant fait une chute dans la douche dès le premier matin, le personnel de l'hôtel a été immédiatement reactif. La directrice ainsi que des membres du personnel ont été aux petits soins avec moi. Une personne m'a même accompagnée jusqu'au cabinet médical voisin. L'après-midi même nous avions des tapis anti derapants dans la douche. Malgré cet incident nous avons pu profiter de notre sejour dans cet hotel très bien situé proche du vieux port et de beaucoup de points de visites intéressants : Notre Dame de la Garde, le Panier, etc... l'hôtel est très bien entretenu et le personnel adorable. Un merci particulier à Sandra. Je recommande vivement.
La chambre était très confortable (lit, douche). Super écran tv avec de nombreuses chaines sport. Il faisait un peu chaud. La clim n'est pas modifiable par les clients. Le sucre n'a pas été remis le lendemain sur le plateau café/thé. Super petit déjeuner. Situation géographique parfaite. Personnel très gentil.
