The velvet parking was 50 dollars a night but They don’t help with any getting our bags in or out but park your car, my first velvet parking where nobody helped

I had the absolute best stay at the Hilton Minneapolis. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warmth and friendly service. Every interaction was thoughtful and professional, and it truly felt like they cared about my experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the amenities were fabulous—everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This property truly stands out and sets the standard for what true hospitality should look like. I highly recommend the Hilton Minneapolis and look forward to staying here again.

After turning up to the hotel I found my booking for 5 days had been cancelled , they thought I was an ICE agent . I will never stay at another HILTON hotel

Great hotel, responsive staff, doesn't let roaches or ICE/CBP agents ruin things for regular people. Thanks, you guys!

The pool, and gym facilities were excellent. Location is great. Overall wonderful hotel!

We were referred to the underground city run parkade. Upon leaving, the city had an issue with the payments not working, the gates not opening... When we finally got out, we expressed concerns to the desk staff who basically wiped their hands of it as it was not their problem. We wanted assurances that we would not have multiple charges. The hotel should have a direct connection to communicate with this parkade security on behalf of their guests, particularly if they are referring guests there. As a guest who was referred to this service, it felt dismissive when we asked the front desk for help.

Good location, our server at the restaurant was nice, when we checked in I really did not get much information. It was like the desk person thought I knew where everything was in the hotel and how to maneuver it all. Like where are the vending machine located on the floors and the pool. He could have at least asked if I wanted to be given an overview of the hotel and or asked. I had to go back and ask where the elevators were and where parking was. Not helpful. I am not from the cities and it was dark and snowing. I asked about parking ramp and he gave very fast instructions. My daughter caught everything so she told me where to go. I was very glad I didn’t disturb her when I was checking in. 🤔.

The parking ramp was a decent price but on the website it says parking onsite which leads you to believe you get a parking space with the hotel room. That is the reason I stayed there and also the hot tub because all the other hotels in the area it cost extra for parking and they had hot tubs. This one says it does but they apparently took it out at some point. I was really looking forward to that time in the hot-tub. I and my daughter were sad and upset when we did not find one. I was not looking forward to the pool. We did however go in because we were already in our swim suits.
