Great location, was close to the Mayflower cruise terminal where our ship docked and we just walked there, handy to the train station as well. Our room was close to the elevator but we didn't hear that so that was great.

"Fine for a convenient stop over but no way for a holiday."

Good location and convenient. Nice staff at check in and breakfast.

Tired and unclean room. One of the two singles in the pull out was covered in long hairs so my son refused to sleep in it. He slept in the big double with me as my husband wasn’t with us. The floor was covered in stains so my other son wore his socks to bed because he couldn’t bear to stand on it. The towels have seen better days. It was one night so we got on with it but it wasn’t acceptable and if we hadn’t been so tired, I would 100% have complained. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice.

"prima voor zakeleijk verblijf. Er is geen Airco en dat communiceren ze duidelijk!"

Sanitair is aan opknap beurt toe! douchen in een bad waarbij douchekop niet goed functioneert. tapijt in kamer ziet er wat goor uit.
