Hotel is centrally located, a good meeting place. It is also very close to the Lo Wu border and shopping center.

A very nice hotel. Maintenance could be better. Sauna needs to be cleaner. Breakfast is very good but it was better in the last. Quiet in general but still a very nice hotel

This is an old property but with Shangri-la brand and management for many years, the staff team has been able to upkeep in terms of cleanliness. Housekeeping and the manager were very responsive to request. Always maintaining a smile. In terms of services, it is top notch. However, I think it is about time to consider rennovation or upgrade to suit the changes in the technology realm e.g. USB/Type c charging, adding more power points etc.

The front desk greeted me with the utmost professionalism. I arrived a couple of hours earlier and was expecting to leave my luggage with the concierge. Fortunately, my room was available, and I was allowed immediate check-in. The suite we stayed in was very good, and the cabinets were large enough to store my luggage. The rooms were clean, and the staff was attentive. The carpet was a bit spotty, and a good steam cleaning would have given it some life. I did smell some cigarette smoke lingering in the air on my nonsmoking 25th floor. Of course, I also realize that there are some very inconsiderate smokers. The Executive Lounge staff was also attentive. It's too bad the Expresso machine did not have a self-serve Cappuccino function, which is very common for these types of machines. I do feel bad for the lovely ladies working in their thin 2-inch heels. Maybe shoes with thicker heels can prevent potential work injuries. The food choices were very good. On a Sunday morning, there were a couple of loud parents and noisy kids running around, which was annoying. At another time, a couple of guests were talking loudly on their mobile phones with no regard for others. I believe only the staff management could address these issues. Maybe sign? Overall, services from all departments were excellent, and we enjoyed our stay very much. Lastly, one staff member at the concierge's desk was quick to help me find some leftover bubble wrap that I had trouble finding -- that's a thumbs up.

Location is good, less than 5 minutes to subway. Service is good. the hotel is a bit old and need rrevenovation.
