The staff and the location were excellent.

Our telephone in our room did not work, I had to use my mobile phone to call reception to order room service. A staff member did come to the room to check it but could not fix the issue. Not all the lifts were working and at times the lift service was very slow. The hotel is starting to look a little tired. We will continue to use the hotel however.

Great location and it was perfect me and my son. Comfy rooms and hot shower

No Fox League or Foxtel channels only local sport and news. Had families with small children beside us that we could hear through the wall, and also directly across the hall who let their kids play in the hallway. It was not peaceful at times. Was told at check-in that breakfast was $29 but was charged $39 AUD each morning.
