The location

The bed size was a double for two large people expected better the size of shower and toilet wasn’t great either plus the water pressure was shit. Mine is better at home. Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as I’ve had when staying at other hotels. Capet in walkways and decor and painting makes the place look dingy to be honest I think it looks run down. Staff don’t collect dirty dishes in a timely manner at the breakfast buffet.

Great location right on Collins Street. The rooms were really well laid out, clean, and comfortable. I’ve already recommended it to others as a great place to stay!

there was maintenance on our foor so we had to take the long way around to get to our room

Location of the hotel was great, middle of Collins Street and in the middle of everything. Surrounded by shops, laneway cafes, restaurants, theatre etc etc. Large, quiet room with nice comfortable bed and pillows. Great water pressure in the shower and didn't have to stoop to get my head wet.

The elevator situation was a bit ordinary - one set to get you from street level to reception, another set to get to your room about 30 metres away. Luckily I was on the top floor so didn't have a problem descending, but if you are on a lower floor you may not always get the first lift that stops for you.
