Nothing, very dirty

We checked in around 7:00 PM and were immediately disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The mattress covers on both beds were visibly stained from top to bottom. The stains appeared to be a mix of substances (including what looked like bodily fluids and food), making it extremely uncomfortable to even sit on the bed. I have attached a photo of one of the beds for your reference. In addition, the bathroom floor had visible food debris and hair, there were stains on the walls, and the bed sheets themselves had multiple large cigarette burns. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable. My niece felt the need to lay a towel down just to be able to lie on the bed, as it seemed to be the only clean item available.
