location is good staff super helpful and professional

the heater in the room was really loud. not good for light sleepers. i turned it off before bed and it was fine

It was convenient for one night stay. It was clean and staff were friendly.

The grab bar in shower was broken off and had been missing, the towel bar was loosely attached to the wall. The pillows were fluffy but not firm and we only had three instead of two each.

The breakfast was great. Nice darkened curtains.

The shower needs updating and the control valve was half pressure.

Lots of it

The motel was dirty, dirty windows garbage in parking lots. Stains on carpet and couch. Hot water tap in bathroom was stripped. Furniture was old and broken strange smell in room. You could tell the lamp had been broken.

The only nice part about the property was the entrance. They have that beautifully done, making you think the rest will be the same.

Our room was terrible. There was dog poop stains everywhere, as well as other pink stains. You could smell the dog pee on the carpet. The one lamp was missing the little knob to turn it on and off which didn’t matter cause it didn’t matter you had to turn the bulb to shut it off. The bathroom walls are stained and peeling and cracked. You get 2 tiny pillows to sleep with and a thin blanket on top on the sheets. After take the stain pictures and wall pictures I was done taking pictures. I told the staff when we left and all he said was “oh sorry”
